Hello, my name is David Econopouly and I just bought a house in Carrboro(I own 3 other properties-2 in Orange County(but Chapel Hill Schools) and one in Saxapahaw-Orange County. I've lived in Chapel Hill for almost 12 years…1987 to the present with a 7 year stint in the Bahamas sandwiched by my time in Chapel Hilll/Carrboro).

I've worked with agents and I've bought directly from owners so I have experience in both areas. My aim here is to help those of you looking to move to Chapel Hill to get some unbiased information that will help you better make decisions necessary to settle into that home.

Since I'm not a realtor trying to sell you a house, nor am I trying to sell you my house, you will be getting more objective information that will help to point you in the right direction, ask the right questions and get the information you need to make the decision on where in Carrboro/Chapel Hill you want to live, or if you even want to live here at all!
