Property #4 Robin Road
This property is in a development called Robin Woods. The neighborhood is in the county but Chapel Hill schools. I believe there about 50 houses on two sets of roads(Robin Road and Carl Drive) that meet Hatch. Robin and Carl do not meet so these are two roads that access separate parts of Robin Wood but don't meet.
In the development are houses ranging from 1100 sq ft to over 2500 sq ft and each on 2 acres. It's a great neighborhood and one of my first preferences if I'm not going to live in town.
at a hosue that was about 1200 sq feet on 1+ acre and the price had
been reduced to $192,000. The property was beautiful- the house was
about 500 fee off the road and there was 2 huge boulders in the woods
in the front yard. The house was listed as having 1 master bedroom,
1 bedroom and one office, but once inside we could see that it had
actually been a two bedroom, but they sliced off part of the bedroom
to make and office(with a walk in closet!). It was a bit of a funky
layout, but we could have worked with it
